Doa or supplication is the most powerful weapon and source of strength for a mukmin in facing both happy and sad times. It is a place to pour out feelings and to ask for help from Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala. The matter was among those touched upon in the Friday Sermon titled "Supplication: The Sincere Language of the Soul".
The prayer leader said that Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala answers every prayer in the most wise way. Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala's answers come in various forms, including: Granted as requested, namely at the time determined by Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, according to the needs of his servants. Postponed to a better time, so that the servant learns to be patient and to appreciate the blessings of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala more. Replaced with something better, either in the form of reward in the hereafter or used as a deterrent by keeping away from evil by Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala.
